Thank you for visiting and shopping at sweetlavenderco.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constituted our Shipping Policy.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES

  • We currently use USPS for shipment of our products. You will receive shipping confirmation

  • with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

  • Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

FREE SHIPPING POLICIES

  • Sweet Lavender is happy to offer our customers Free Shipping on orders of $99 or more. Orders totaling $99.00 or more (not including shipping or state tax where applicable) will receive FREE shipping -within the 48 continental states- excluding Alaska and Hawaii, AFOs, APOs, and FPOs.

  • Free shipping applies to orders that are delivered to only one address.

  • Free shipping does not apply to deliveries outside the continental United States. All international shipments will be USPS First Class International for packages under 4 pounds or International Priority Mail confirmed.

return & exchange policy

At Sweet Lavender, we pride ourselves on our superior hand-made products. We want you to be happy with each purchase you make.  If you want to replace a damaged item or cancel an order that hasn’t shipped out yet, we will gladly do it. 

  • If you decide to return an item, simply e-mail us at info@sweetlavenderco.com

  • Contact us within 7 days of merchandise receipt for return instructions and credit processing. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return freight charges.

  • Remember, all products must be in their original boxes and in like-new condition. After we receive returned products, you will get a full refund.
